How much do your services cost for private pay?

Online Psychotherapy*: $150 per session
Online Coaching Worldwide: $150 per session
If you are experiencing financial hardship, please feel free to reach out to me about sliding scale options.
I can provide a "super bill" after each session if you'd like to seek out-of-network coverage from your insurance. If you have good out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you as much as 80% of each session fee, depending on your plan.
*For residents of California, Minnesota and Florida only
Online Perinatal Psychotherapy (Prenatal and Postpartum), and Coaching services are all provided in 50-minute sessions. As far as the duration of therapy, there is no set length of time for therapy. We will work together and agree on treatment goals early on in the therapeutic process and therapy will end when you believe your goals have been met.
Do you accept insurance?
I currently accept Optum/United Behavioral Health (UBH), Managed Health Network Inc (MHN), Beacon Health Options, and Aetna for psychotherapy services. I am "out-of-network" for all other insurance providers however, many health insurance plans will reimburse for psychotherapy from "out-of-network" therapists. I can provide a Super Bill upon request.
